Order Processing & Dispatch:
Orders usually process within 10-15 business days (or depends on nature of the goods to be manufactured, it may take 15-20 days ), after receipt of 100% Payment in Advance.
Delivery:
After dispatch, it will take 8 to 10 business days, shipped through international Air Cargo / DHL / Fedex shipping company to the destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and customs fees are almost always the responsibility of the buyer and are assessed by the destination country's customs office.
Tracking :
We ship through reputable global couriers (such as DHL, FedEx) or International Air Cargo. Once consignment is dispatched and airlifted, we provide tracking information via email, along with the copy of Export documents.
